In a letter to council, Martina Kranjcevic, Reed Ranch Country Fair treasurer said, “Our main focus of the fair is that everyone is welcome to attend and participate.”

The county currently gives $4 per capita to STARS through a standing yearly motion. In 2024, the total contribution is $51,924.
