U-14 girls go 2-1 at provincials
The U-14 girls soccer team finished the provincial championships with a 2-1 record on the weekend in Beaumont, finishing the tournament seventh out of 12 teams in its division. The team opened the tournament losing 1-0 to Sherwood Park.

Hall of fame fundraiser to be held in Innisfail
The 20th annual Alberta Sports Hall of Fame and Museum golf fundraiser will be hosted in Innisfail Aug. 9. This isn't the first time the organization has chosen Innisfail as the host location. In fact, this will be year 12 in Innisfail.

Dolphins win home meet
The Innisfail Dolphins swim club hosted its annual swim meet June 29 to 30, and was victorious. Eleven teams, consisting of 237 swimmers, attended the Innisfail Meet. A whopping 1,297 individual swims were completed that weekend.
