In the first test of the might of area Jr. A. Boys basketball teams Dec. 14 at the Chinook's Edge Athletics Association tournament in Olds, they won two games and lost one.

The Central Alberta Amazons won one and lost one after playing two home games Dec. 8 and 9. The Saturday night game saw the Amazons lose 6-0 to the Sherwood Park Steele. “The Saturday game the full lineup had a bad game,” said coach Doug Demott.
