November 5, 1944 - May 6, 2025
Our hearts are saddened
with the passing of our Mom,
Willo Penelope (Penny) Stroud
(nee Denison). She was born
on November 5, 1944 in Denison’s Mills, Quebec, and
passed away at the age of 80, after courageously fighting
terminal heart disease and memory issues these past
5 years.
She is survived by her 2 loving children, Joy Godel, and
James Stroud (Erin); her amazing grandchildren, Hana
& Wes Godel, Aimee & Carter Stroud; her partner of over
27 years,Gordie.She also leaves behind her niece,nephews,
great nieces and great nephews. She is predeceased by her
sister Jolene, and brother in law Don Robinson.
May she be at peace, surrounded by love, laughter and
the animals she has always loved.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Alzheimer
Society of Canada, or the Canadian Wildlife Federation.
The family will be holding private celebrations.
