There was no shortage of hearty laughter resonating at the Sundre Arts Centre recently during several theatre productions of a comedy put on by the Peak Theatre Players.

CARSTAIRS -- Area residents are in for a treat next month when the first-ever Carstairs Heritage Festival takes place.

Audiences will hear everything from classical to pop music when the Olds Community Chorus presents its latest concert May 21, 7:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Olds. The theme for this concert is The Rhythm of Life. Tickets are $15 for adults, $7.

Nearly 80 people braved the recent snowstorm on Saturday, April 27 to attend a maritime-themed dinner and dance at the Sundre Royal Canadian Legion Branch #223. It featured a live musical performance by The Country Travellers.
