The Innisfail and District Historical Society marked its 50th Anniversary with the seasonal grand opening and celebration at the Innisfail and District Historical Village on Saturday (May 25).

Dozens of Innisfail and area residents, along with visitors from across Alberta came out to view the Anne Frank exhibit at Innisfail Middle School during an Open House on May 24. It is the first time the exhibit has been presented in Alberta schools.

INNISFAIL - The Innisfail RCMP hosted its annual lunch hour community barbecue Friday (May 24) in the parking lot of the Innisfail Co-op grocery store.

INNISFAIL -- A Penhold man, along with an alleged Red Deer accomplice, are facing a multitude of Criminal Code charges in connection to a stolen generator as a result of the keen eyes of a member of a rural crime watch organization.

BOWDEN -- Town officials stand by a decision they made to let the water run after a couple of water main breaks occurred in Bowden.
