It is understandable that Mr. Krebs would be bitter toward the RCMP whose failure to file paperwork in a timely manner has resulted in the man responsible for leaving his son paralyzed facing no consequences. Paperwork was not filed until the statue of limitations had passed.

I wonder what Mona Caukill calls the vile bad-mouthing of nurses as they go to work to save lives? I've talked to an RNA who said it's pretty hard to take after working two 12 hour shifts back-to-back. The government has had to make demonstrations at hospitals illegal to control such ugly bullying. When people are asked to behave in a manner that will help save our system - and refuse - leaving our health care workers drained, exhausted and suffering from PTSD, isn't that bullying? When the government belatedly steps in to make people do what they haven't the human decency to do perhaps it is not a case of bullying but of controlling bullies.

The projected benefits are based on flawed figures, the amount suggested that Alberta would get from the CPP being badly skewed. If based on realistic figures, the Alberta plan simply won't work.
