This year's 33rd annual Terry Fox Run/Walk in Olds for cancer research takes place Sunday, Sept. 14, starting from Centennial Park. Registration is at 12 p.m. and the run begins at 1 p.m. The run/walk begins at the gazebo in Centennial Park.

Two killed in second Hwy 2 crash near Olds in two weeks
Two people were killed during an early-morning accident near Olds on Highway 2 Sunday, Sept. 7. Police say the accident occurred at about 5:30 a.m. when the car hit a semi-trailer. The male driver and female passenger of the car died at the scene.
