Three temporary doctors have been working in Olds while the town awaits the arrival of a few others.

Two people were killed during an early-morning accident near Olds on Highway 2 Sunday, Sept. 7. Police say the accident occurred at about 5:30 a.m. when the car hit a semi-trailer. The male driver and female passenger of the car died at the scene.

Olds town council threw its support behind hosting the Pathways to Sustainability (P2S) conference in 2015 at its Aug. 25 meeting. A delegation representing Sustainability Resources Ltd.
