A man has pleaded guilty to a charge in connection with a sexual assault which took place July 14, 2017 at the Fas Gas in Olds. Meelad Samimi was charged after Olds RCMP investigated the matter.

Fire truck donated to Mexican community
The Town of Olds, along with Mountain View County and in conjunction with Rotary clubs in Olds and Lethbridge, is sending a fire truck to a Mexican community. The truck, a 1993 model, was declared surplus a couple of years ago.
