OLDS – Elder John Sinclair was one of several people who spoke to elementary students about the importance of Indigenous traditions and ceremonies in the Olds Municipal Library on Friday, June 20, the day before National Indigenous Peoples Day.

Plans had initially called for a story walk to be held outside the library, as has been the case for several years, but a rainy forecast forced them to go indoors.
