Marilyn Stauffer of Didsbury, Alberta, went to meet her Lord and Savior on August 7, 2025 at the age of 88.

Marilyn lived a full life, dedicated to her husband Willard, children Kent, Corinne, and Candice, and all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She worked cheerfully and tirelessly with Willard on the family farm, doing whatever was needed.

She was always available to serve her community as cook, to organize, or supervise, at MVBC, school and church camps, and Zion Church activities and events.

Marilyn and Willard also served as active members of the Didsbury and District Historical Society and Museum for many years.

She will be remembered for her welcoming, kind, and loving spirit, soft smile and steadfast faith. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3: 5-6

We will honor and celebrate Marilyn's well lived life at a later time.

Marilyn's family wish to sincerely thank the staff, volunteers, and residents of Bethany Care Centre in Didsbury. Your excellent care, compassion, and friendship as part of Mom's family over the many years was above and beyond!      In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Bethany Care Centre or consider becoming a much needed volunteer
