MALMO, Sweden (AP) — Bo Larsson, the Swedish soccer great who played 70 times for his country and at three World Cups, has died. He was 79. The Swedish soccer federation announced the death of Larsson on Tuesday. No more details were disclosed.

Walt McGrory, a guard for the Wisconsin men’s basketball team from 2017-21, has died after a battle with bone cancer. He was 24. A message posted Monday on McGrory’s Instagram account announced that he had died Saturday.

NEW YORK (AP) — James McCaffrey, who voiced “Max Payne” in the popular video game franchise and also starred in television shows including “Rescue Me,” has died, according to his agent. He was 65.

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (AP) — Eric Montross, a former North Carolina and NBA big man, has died after a cancer fight, his family said. He was 52.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Lawrence L. Knutson, a longtime Associated Press writer whose deep knowledge of the presidency, Congress and American history made him an institution in his own right, has died. He was 87.

CHICAGO (AP) — Richard Hunt, a prolific Chicago artist who was the first Black sculptor to receive a solo retrospective at New York City's Museum of Modern Art and whose public works drew praise from presidents, has died at age 88.

Australian drummer Colin Burgess, an original member of the hard rock band AC/DC in the early 1970s, has died, the band confirmed on its social media accounts. He was 77.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — Howard Weaver, a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist for the Anchorage Daily News, has died. He was 73.

NEW YORK (AP) — Ken MacKenzie, a left-handed reliever who was the only pitcher with a winning record on the expansion 1962 New York Mets, died Thursday. He was 89. MacKenzie died at his home in Guilford, Connecticut, Mets spokesman Jay Horwitz said.

Miljenko “Mike” Grgich, a celebrated winemaker who helped establish Napa Valley as one of the world’s premier wine-making regions, has died. He was 100.
