Carstairs man killed ex-girlfriend
A 47-year-old Carstairs man has been sentenced to life in prison after admitting that he shot and killed an ex-girlfriend at her request in Calgary in 2016. Joseph D’Arcy Schluter entered the plea in Court of Queen’s Bench on June 15.
