DIDSBURY – A local artist will be travelling to Berlin at the invitation of the Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada for a special ceremony on March 8.

Locally raised country-folk singer Blake Reid is coming to Olds this Thursday, Feb. 22, to show his band's award-winning film, No Roads In. After the showing, which takes place at the TransCanada Theatre at 7 p.m., the band will perform.

If you weren't a teenage girl and sitting next to your father, the first Laugh Tracks show at Tracks Pub last Saturday evening ñ with some distinctly adult material ñ was by all accounts a successful bid to bring a regular comedy show to the area.
