Penhold residents have a chance to help make their community a healthier place by joining the healthy living team. Tara Wells, the community services manager for Penhold, is resurrecting the team which was started a couple of years ago.

Train derailment in 2011 caused by freight car part
A freight train component was the cause of a train derailment that happened a few miles north of Innisfail along Highway 2A last year. On Jan. 18, 2011, 16 cars were derailed after a car jumped the track near the Niobe grain elevator.
