INNISFAIL -- Members of the Rangeland 4-H Beef Club have sure been busy with individual club activities and working on projects, particularly getting ready for our public speaking. This was held on Sunday, Feb 3. at the Oklahoma Hall.

INNISFAIL – After close to a decade, Kathy Calkins has said goodbye to Innisfail. The 58-year-old pastor at Innisfail’s Peace Lutheran Church gave her last sermon on Feb. 3 with her final day on Feb. 11.

INNISFAIL -- Three males are facing criminal charges following a crash in their stolen vehicle in Penhold. Innisfail RCMP Sgt. Lori Eiler said local Mounties responded to a single-vehicle crash report on Feb. 7.

INNISFAIL -- Love always finds a way. For Clarence and Ida Schwartz, cupid’s arrow hit them a second time, later in life. The couple, now 88 and 84 years respectively, first met more than 50 years ago in Swift Current, Sask. where they both grew up.
