OLDS — Starting Monday, Aug. 18, the Town of Olds expects to undertake what it’s calling a “water level management project” at Miller’s Pond, located south off 57th Avenue, to deal with “significantly elevated water levels resulting from recent heavy rainfall.”
A municipal news release says the work will be undertaken daily from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. “until water levels are restored to a safe and manageable level.”
“We thank residents for their patience and cooperation during this essential work,” the release adds.
