UPDATE: Innisfail RCMP no longer looking for missing female over May long weekend

31-year-old was last seen in Innisfail on May16; known to have ties in Olds and Red Deer

INNISFAIL – Innisfail RCMP advised on Sunday afternoon that a missing woman members were looking for had been located safe.

"Alberta RCMP would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance," police said in a May 18 update.

On Saturday afternoon, Mounties requested the public’s assistance in locating 31-year-old.

In a media release sent on the afternoon of May 17, RCMP Cpl. Mathew Howell said there ws concern for the woman's well-being and RCMP wanted to speak with her.

Howell said she\ was last seen in Innisfail on May 16, and has ties to Olds and Red Deer.

Crier was described as having medium complexion, about five-feet, 11 inches tall; weighing 225 pounds, black hair, brown eyes and is known to wear prescription glasses.

Anyone that has information on Crier’s whereabouts was asked to call the Innisfail RCMP detachment at 403-227-3342.
