Four Chinook's Edge students earned 100 per cent on diploma exams

INNISFAIL - Four Chinook’s Edge School Division (CESD) student have been recognized for each scoring 100 per cent on recent diploma exams.

Sam Botheras from Sundre High School earned 100 per centre on the Math 30-1 and on the Physics 30 diploma exams. 

Carlee Schneider from Innisfail High School earned 100 per cent on the Math 30-2 diploma. 

Sydney Van Ginhoven from École Olds High School achieved 100 per cent on the Math 30-1 exam. 

Tatyana Wolkowski from École H.J. Cody High School achieved 100 per cent on the Biology 30 exam.

During a ceremony, CESD trustees, superintendent Kurt Sacher, principals and teachers congratulated the students.

During the recent CESD board meeting, Sacher and Ted Harvey, director of technology, each received the Roy E. Cope Award for 2025.

The award is presented to staff members who have made significant contributions to the welfare of division students.

CESD is headquartered in Innisfail and includes schools across the region.
