Full Time Journeyperson- Truck and Trailer Specialist
We are looking for dependable, honest, long-term, skilled applicants to join our team. We are a family-owned Heavy Duty Repair shop located in Sundre, Alberta. We are open 7 days a week, 10 hours a day and are committed to delivering excellent service to our customers. We service a variety of equipment but mostly work with log haul, fluid haul and gravel haul units. Our employees work as a team and the atmosphere is positive and respectful.
Applicant Prerequisites
• Journeyperson certification
• CVIP License
• Adequate tools
• Strong work ethic, effective work habits and good attention to detail
• Good organization, time management and paperwork skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
• Local to central Alberta or willing to relocate
• Available to work an 8/6 schedule.
Job Tasks Include
• Troubleshooting and repair of all systems of heavy truck and trailer
• Performing vehicle and CVIP inspections
• Completing work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work area
• Completing engine overhauls
• Various problem-solving opportunities.
